She actively listens, cares about what you are experiencing and is extremely patient. I’ve had the pleasure of going to her for three years and each time is was like visiting an old friend. I hated wearing contacts, but it’s because of her I now have a choice to wear glasses or contacts. Don’t live in Boynton? I promise you she or DR William George are fantastic & worth the travel ! I went to my medical doctor yesterday and I was told to go immediately to an Ophthalmologist to have my eyes checked. After 3 1/2 hours calling doctors along with my insurance company who tried to help, I was told to be able to go to a doctor I had to be first diagnosed. Diagnosed as to the medical condition of my eyes.
Out of frustration I called different eye clinics and no one could accommodate me that day. However when I called Family Eye Care Professionals I was told the next available appointment would be in 8 days. I explained my circumstances to Christa (receptionist), she was very understanding and caring. She immediately gave me an appointment for that day. Within two hours my eyes were being checked and tested. What a GREAT relief for me to know what was going on with my eyes.
I can't thank them enough.
